KPI Participants – the number of Children and Young People registering to take part in one scheduled run of term time weekly sessions (i.e. 5 registered = 5)

 

KPI Throughput – total number of attendances for the project (i.e. 5 participants all attending 5 sessions = 25)

 

KPI Retain – total number of participants attending 60% of sessions (i.e. 5 out of 8 sessions or 6 out of 10 sessions) therefore 5 participants of which 3 attend 6 out of 10 sesssions = 3
