To book a place on a course:

1. Complete this form 

2. Call 01484 234 087 to pay.

Please note:

  • Your interest to attend the course is reserved with this form.
    Your place will be confirmed upon payment.
  • Courses may be cancelled two weeks prior if not enough people have registered to attend. Notification will be made by email and full refunds will be given if we cannot find an alternative course on a suitable date.

This form should be filled out with the details of the delegate wishing to attend the course.  One form per delegate per course.
If you wish to book another person onto the same course, you only need to fill in:
  1. Their name
  2. The email that you used on the first booking
  3. Course/date/location
