Volunteers are the lifeblood of all sport organisations. There are many different roles that volunteers can play within sport - to find how you can become involved look at the links for local clubs, local bureaus and national organisations.
Courses - Volunteer Management / Valuing Volunteers
This workshop will help you to manage effectively the volunteers that are essential to the current and future success of your club. At the end of the workshop you will be able:
- build volunteer planning and management in your club
- Support the role of volunteer coordinator within your club
- provide your volunteer coordinator with the tools they needs to do their job effectively
