EA Stakeholder Feedback

We would like to gain a good understanding of the experiences of people involved in the Extended Activities project - How you have found the project? What went well? What did not go well? How things could be improved for the future?

We would like you to take a few minutes to answer the questions below.  Please answer these questions honestly, your comments are confidential and will only be seen by the Sport Industry Research Centre (SIRC) research team.  Comments or quotations in any report / case study that we produce will not be attributed to any individual - all feedback will be anonymised.  If you would like to make any additional comments or to talk one-to-one with a member of the research team please call Maxine Gregory on 0114 225 5928.  The purpose of collating this data from stakeholders is to share good practice and learning experience, and to help processes run more smoothly and enhance the delivery of the project for the future.
