England Squash & Racketball are expanding their team of experienced and dedicated professional coaches in the Performance Department thanks to a successful bid to Sport England as part of their Whole Sport Plan.

Salary:   £28,000 Full Time position

Based: to be agreed

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coaching junior performance players and setting the development standards of Playing – Competing – and Winning in national age group programmes at Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 
  • The co-ordination and implementation of the ‘Transitional’ and ‘National Junior Programmes.’ 
  • The development, preparation and management of Coaching – Practice – Competition programmes for junior performance players. 
  • Supporting and mentoring other England Squash & Racketball coaches. 
  • Contributing to our Coach Education Programme by delivering and assessing UKCC levels 1-3.

Possessing an England Squash & Racketball coach license and qualified to a minimum of level 3 or equivalent you must have a proven track record of squash coaching at national junior level and be a confident, effective communicator with the ability and energy to motivate yourself and others, as well as working effectively as a team member.
