Baildon Boundary Way 2009 entries welcome
17th November 2008
Baildon Runners are pleased to send you the attached entry form for the 15th Baildon Boundary Way that will take place on Sunday, 5 April 2009.
Please note that we can only cater for 400 runners but this mailshot is being sent to over 1,600 email addresses in our database! So if you do want to take part in 2009, you need to apply early because we operate a first come, first served, entry system.
Entries for the 2008 event closed on 13 January 2008 (12 weeks before race day) so do be warned! The event also incorporates a non-competitive walk that has no restriction on numbers, although early entry is appreciated.
Some people may receive this email more than once. This will usually be because different email addresses have been supplied to us in the past. Although we are happy to send emails to multiple addresses, for example work and home, it would help us keep our database within manageable limits if you would kindly tell us if you no longer need emails sending to a particular address. Also please tell us if you do not wish to receive any further emails from us at all. Please click here to advise us of any email addresses you wish to be removed from our database.
Each year we have to contact about 10% of entrants because their entry is incomplete, so do please take a moment to double-check before you post it. Typical omissions are:
- not specifying whether you are doing the event as a RUN or a WALK. The events start at different times and we issue separate series of numbers so it is important!
- not enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope. Please remember that Royal Mail now charge according to size/weight/thickness. Please ensure you put the correct value stamp on the envelope and do allow for extra weight/thickness if applying for more than one person.
- not enclosing a signed cheque.
Many thanks for your co-operation.
