Triathlon Taster-Come Give it a Tri.
Leeds Bradford Triathlon Club and West Yorkshire Sport are running a Triathlon Taster Day at Leeds Metropolitan University Becketts Park Campus on Saturday 4th July from 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
The aim of the day is to provide an opportunity to take part in the three disciplines that make up triathlon: Swimming, Cycling and Running with all sessions will be ran by a British Triathlon Qualified Coach who will be able to answer questions around triathlons, training and races etc and receive expert coaching techniques.
An ideal event for an introduction to triathlon.
Whether for Fitness, Fun or Competition....Come give it a Tri

Cost: £10.00 NB: Limited to 16 places only
The training will be led by British Triathlon Qualified Coaches.
You will have the opportunity to receive a coached swim session, a coached spinning bike session and a coached running session on the track.
As well as the opportunity to ask lots of questions about triathlon training and racing!
