Calling all Women …

Are you interested in Rugby League? Do you want to coach or just learn more about Coaching?
 
If so, this course is for you…
 
The RFL is currently holding courses for women coaches. No experience is
needed and on successful completion, you will gain a formal qualification.
 
What will you learn?

  • safety and ethics in rugby league 
  • how to plan and deliver rugby league coaching sessions 
  • how to review your performance as a coach and seek further development opportunities.

How will this benefit you?

  •  Build your confidence as a Coach.
  • Successful completion will allow you to seek employment in appropriate paid or voluntary rugby league roles. 
  • Opportunities may include coaching in club and school environments, or the equivalent.
  • You can use it as part of the development of a credible CV for employment in the sport and recreation industry.
  • You can also use it as a stepping stone to the Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Rugby League (L2CCRL) which is the required standard level to
    coach rugby league in the 13-aside game
     
    Our next course for female coaches is on the 7th and the 14th June 2008,
    in West Yorkshire, venue to be confirmed.
