The swim is in an indoor, heated 25m pool. The cycle ride and run are on separate tarmac surfaces. Trophies will be awarded to the first three boys and girls in each category, with rizes for local athletes, and souvenirs to all finishers, as well as spot prizes. The event will be run under the British Triathlon rules (sanctioning applied for); cycle helmets must be worn.
