Elite Netball Training days for coaches and players

Do you want to improve your coaching? Do you want your players to understand what “Elite” coaching sessions consist of?
Anna Newell, the current England u17’s Head Coach, Director of Netball at Leeds Metropolitan University and coach to the Leeds Carnegie Super league Team who had their most successful season to date and finished top four of the Super league is offering just that. Anna is holding 3 Elite Workshops which are to include players and coaches working together.
Coaches will be able to observe their players being coached at an “Elite” level with plenty of content and new ideas to develop and expand their knowledge.
The dates of the workshops are attached. Please use the booking form to select the one/s you wish to attend.
Each workshop will have a different theme and a booklet will accompany each one

You will be informed of your place successful or unsuccessful by email if successful you will be required to send a cheque for the required amount. 1) Workshop 1- Creative attacking closing date 17th July
Is about developing a players understanding of space, vision and understanding players around them
25th July 10am -12 noon £20 player or coach
2) Workshop 2- Dominant defence closing date 24th July
Is about different types of defence, how to coach it and get players working together to succeed.
1st August 10am to 12noon £20 player or coach
3) Workshop 3- Skill development closing date 14th August
Lots of skills, drills and concepts to take away with you for talented players
22nd August 10am to 12noon £20 player or coach
Player’s information:
Please note you must be aged 13 – 16 years but, exceptional players aged 11 and 12 years may be considered. Please also have your parent/guardian sign the re to include players and coaches working togetherform before your return it.
