Lady Taverners 2008 entry form

Please find attached the Entry Form for this year’s Lady Taverners competitions.

As I stated recently these are being staged on Sunday 11th May (under 15) and Sunday June 1st (under 13) at Beverley Cricket Club.

All team managers or representatives need to complete an entry form and return to me, preferably via email ASAP.
