Coaching scholarships announced
The university of Leeds today revealed details of the exciting new Coaching Scholarships now available from Sport & Physical Activity.
The University is seeking to employ five Coach Scholars (possibly over two years dependant on length of individual study), in the first instance. They will be responsible for supporting the head coach within their chosen sports teams, helping to raise the clubs performance and develop a culture where coach: player ratios will enhance the University’s wider aim of becoming a top 10 BUSA University. The scholarships are primarily for clubs where BUSA is the main focus.
These new scholarships offer an exciting opportunity for current undergraduate students of the University of Leeds or prospective undergarduate or postgraduate student’s starting in the 08/09 academic year at the University of Leeds, the opportunity to develop their skills, qualifications and experiences and aid the development of sport at the University of Leeds.
